   Art Made Here.

Monterey Glassworks is a working artist collective in Sand City's West End Art District — a professional studio where cast glass, kiln-formed glass, stained glass, oil painting, photography, and more are made every day by human hands, two blocks from the ocean.

The West End Artist Collective

A shared industrial studio for working artists on the Monterey Peninsula. Our members work across media — cast glass, fused glass, stained glass, oil painting, photography, and more — using professional-grade kilns, cold shop equipment, and fabrication tools to build serious, original work.

We're not a gallery. We're not a craft store. We're a place where human artists make creative things.

Commission Something Extraordinary

The artists of the West End Collective accept commissions across media. Whether you're looking for a sculptural cast glass piece, a fused glass panel, a hand-blown chandelier, or a painting — the artists here work directly with collectors, designers, and organizations to bring original work to life.

   Learn to Work in Glass
